Over time the small group of Earth students expanded their community with other humans and native Kleyn through alliances and taking in refugees from the Grassland Kleyn.  The Two Mountains became a territory which was named the Baile Corcra Territory.  After fighting a terrible war with the Grassland Kleyn occupiers, Sarge and Nancy realized that the Baile Corcra Territory had out grown their mentoring, and a country with an actual government would need to be established to protect everyone.  On 14 June 2017 NWC, Sarge's 49th birthday, the Constitution of the Republic of Baile Corcra was ratified and founded the Republic of Baile Corcra.  The Constitution used the greatest document ever produced, the Constitution of the United States of America, as its reference.
